Product Overview

This machine is designed to simulate various types of batteries during transport and storage acupuncture scenarios. The testing should be conducted at 20℃ ± 5℃ ambient temperature with a thermocouple connected to the battery surface, placed in a fume hood.

Using a diameter of 2-8mm non-corrosive steel needle at 10mm/s to 40mm/s piercing speed, the needle penetrates the battery's maximum surface area center. The test maintains any duration while observing results. Batteries that do not explode or catch fire are considered qualified.
