Product Overview

The Mask Filtration Efficiency Tester is designed for testing filter materials with efficiency grades ranging from 45% to 99.9%, in compliance with international standards. This compact and lightweight testing equipment requires only suitable power and compressed air (no water, no oil) during operation, making it ideal for laboratory and factory environments.

The testing process utilizes particle counting methodology to measure counting efficiency, with recommendations for monodisperse aerosol usage. Pressure drop measurements are conducted at specified filtration rates. Test procedures involve securing filter paper in the fixture, adjusting aerosol generation, electrostatic neutralization (PSL), and uniform mixing with filtered test air before penetration testing of the filter material.
