Product Overview

The T433S Mask Filtration Efficiency Tester is designed for testing filter materials with efficiency grades ranging from 45% to 99.9%, in compliance with international standards. This compact and lightweight tester requires only suitable power and compressed air (oil-free, water-free) for operation, making it ideal for laboratory and factory environments.

The system employs particle counting methodology to measure counting efficiency using monodisperse aerosol. During testing, filter paper is secured in the fixture, and test air volume corresponds to the required filtration speed. Aerosol generated by the aerosol generator is electrostatically neutralized (PSL), uniformly mixed with filtered test air, and then introduced to the test area to penetrate the filter material.

The equipment also measures filter material resistance during testing and allows for manual flow rate adjustment.
