Product Overview
This instrument is used to measure the inspiratory resistance and expiratory resistance of respirators and masks under specified conditions. Maintenance Instructions
- Do not carry by the bottom of the control box during transportation to avoid damage
- Wipe electroplated parts with oil to prevent rust and maintain brightness
- After testing, clean the machine thoroughly and regularly oil active fulcrums to increase service life and sensitivity (use mixture of butter and engine oil)
- Wipe control panel with dry cloth to prevent moisture damage to IC electronic parts
- Store all fixtures and accessories properly, wiping off anti-rust oil to prevent corrosion
- After transportation, ensure machine is placed on stable foundation and properly leveled
- Connect power supply as indicated (ensure correct phase to prevent leakage)
- Properly ground the instrument according to specifications to avoid leakage danger and signal interference
- Do not unplug during operation
- Operation and maintenance should be performed by professional personnel only
