Features:
The round working table which controlled by independent servo motor, can reach a positioning accuracy of 0.16 points ( 1 degrees= 60 points ).
Three lower moulds rotates by 120 degrees for continuous production, which saves the waiting time and improves the working efficiency.
The round working table locked by a fixed pin, ensure high-precision positioning for precise alignment of the upper and lower moulds.
This machine adopts automatic feeding & embedding devices for aliminum cups as well as the automatic take-out device for finished products. It shortens the production cycle time from 30 seconds to 15 seconds, which greatly improves the production capacity and realizes the automatic production.
