Product Introduction
The double drum mill is designed to process natural rubber, synthetic rubber, EVA, or PVC particles and various chemicals. It is primarily used in plastic and rubber products manufacturing, hot rolling mills, and as a mixer for natural and synthetic rubber.

- Frame, frame cap, and base are welded and treated by annealing for stress relieving

Intelligent Control Panel & PLC Control System
- Real-time data recording and export of kneading time, temperature (mixing chamber and front/rear rotors), ram pressure, current, torque, and recipe code
- Control system can be set up to 20 mixing steps with 20 recipe storage spaces
- Remote import of process recipes and data monitoring capability, communicating with MES via Ethernet interface
- Ethernet communication interface with 20% control points reserved and touch screen provided
