Functional Structure Description
- Adjustable pressure of ceramic anilox roller and printing plate (±1mm range) with front rotating handle adjustment and screen display
- Adjustable pressure of printing plate and impression cylinder (±1mm range) with direct screen adjustment on left and right sides
- Multi-speed proofing structure: 10m/min, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, and custom speeds
- Inking method: anilox roller + scraper + ink fountain with easy removal and cleaning
- Electrical configuration: two servo motors, one frequency conversion motor, one PLC, one 7-inch touch screen, one switching power supply, two stepping motors
- Requires compressed air source: 0.4~0.6MPa (customer supplied)
