Features:
This machine is a fully automatic ZXQ-5 metallographic sample inlay machine. It has the function of cooling in and out of water. It is suitable for hot inlaying of all materials (thermosetting and thermoplastic). Set the inlay parameters such as heating temperature, holding time and force. After that, put in the sample and inlay material, cover the gland, press the work button, the inlay work can be completed automatically, and the operator does not need to be on duty beside the machine. Four kinds of molds can be selected and replaced according to the samples of different requirements, and two samples can be pressed at the same time, which doubles the preparation capacity.
