ZXQ-5 Automatic Metallographic Sample Mounting Machine
The ZXQ-5 is a fully automatic metallographic sample mounting machine featuring advanced cooling capabilities for both water inlet and outlet. Designed for hot mounting of all materials including thermosetting and thermoplastic compounds, this machine automates the entire sample preparation process.
Simply set the mounting parameters such as heating temperature, holding time, and force, then insert the sample and mounting material, cover the gland, and press the work button. The machine completes the mounting process automatically without requiring operator supervision.
The system accommodates four different mold specifications and can press two samples simultaneously, effectively doubling preparation capacity.
