Production description of Tile Adhesive Machine:
30TPH of dry mortar production line is computer system that raw materials (cement, fly ash, thickening powder, quartz powder or yellow sand) conveyed by pneumatic conveyor (tank truck) and bucket elevator respectively to storage silo, and automatically batching, conveying, mixing, packaging, transportation, which is to realize the production of various kinds of ordinary mortar and special mortar.
Dry mortar plant adopts steel frame structure, which has compact structure, short construction period, high automation degree, great investment performance and long term operation and production.
This 30TPH plant is mainly composed of efficient mixing system, storage system, conveying system, lifting system, weighing system, premixing system, packaging system and dedusting system, material level sensor system, alarming system, air pressure system, general control system, etc. Besides, the crushing system, screening system and drying system can be added as local working site. It is apply to the mixing, weighing and packaging for dry mortar powder and other chemical powder such as tile adhesive and putty powder mixing, thermal insulation mortar, pre-mixed mortar, etc.
