Description of MG Semi-Automatic Dry Mortar Plant:
Mortar production working principle: all raw materials from a hopper feeder, first put into cement and fiber additives, then stir 3 minutes, then add quartz sand and mix 5 minutes, the produced dry mortar can be lifted to storage bin and packaged.

Main Features of MG Semi-Automatic Dry Mortar Plant:
1) High efficiency mixing system:
The main mixing system of the production line adopts double shaft paddle mixer, which has advantages of quick mixing, gentle action, no residuals, no damage, little dust and high output per shift.
2) Hoisting and transmission system:
The hoist conveyor of this equipment is Bucket elevator.
3) Dust removal systems:
The equipment is fully sealed and no dust leakage , used multi-spot dust removal system.
4) Feeding port and discharging port together equipped with dust removal system, the production line can optimize the environment of work site and ensure the health of the employees .
5) The productivity is 6-10 T/H.The standard area is 500~2000㎡ or so. According to the layout type, It is up to the customer's workshop area.
