Introduction of MG tile adhesive machine:

MG adhesive machine is used to produce dry mix mortar – a kind of construction material. It is mainly composed of hoisting machine, premixed storage warehouse, small cement silo, dry mortar mixer, finished product warehouse, packaging machine, dust collector, electric control room and gas phase balance system. Large proportions of raw materials such as cement can be manually metered through the elevator into premixed warehouses. Small proportions of valuable masterbatches such as cellulose and rubber powder can be metered into the additive hopper through electronic scales, and further compared to the simple type because the mixer is mixed. Afterwards, automatic metering of the packaging takes place via a valve packer or an open packer.

Thin layer construction saves space. The thickness of tile adhesive is much smaller than the thickness of traditional cement, that helps to save space.
