MG Improved Simple dry mortar plant is based on the simple dry mortar plant. It change the Ribbon mixer to be Double shaft paddle mixer. The Double shaft paddle mixer is high efficiency and it can mix one batch material within 3-5 mintes, The mixer also equip special fiber dispersing system. It can realize manual feeding and automatic packaging of different kinds of dry mortars. The packaging machine can pack from 15-50kg per bag adjustable.

Main Configuration of MG Improved Simple Dry Mortar Plant

Feeding Screw conveyor:to feed material to the mixer to mix, smooth and efficient conveying without material leakeage;

Double shaft paddle mixer: fast and uniform mixing with speed of 3-5 minutes/batch;

Finish product hopper:to store the mixed material and increase the capacity;

Discharging screw conveyor: convey material from finish product hopper to the storage silo;

Storage silo: store the finished material and prepare for the packing machine, which improves the efficiency highly;

Valve packaging machine:15-50kg/bag adjustable, the packing speed is 6s/bag. Fast packing speed, high weighing accuracy, easy operation and high degree of automation.

Air compressor: balance the air pressure, provide air souce for packing machine for quick packing and broken arch of finish product hopper.

Control cabinet:easy and safe operation, easy to control the full dry mortar mixer machine.
