Durable High Efficiency Dry Mortar Plant with PLC Control for Repair Mortar Mixing Production Line
The paddles carried by a pair of counter-rotating spindles throw the aggregates up and create a zero gravity phenomenon. The aggregates mix into each other, forming a fluidized zero gravity zone. Swirling air generates around the spindles and moves the aggregates for uniform mixing. The final mixture is transferred to the storage bin through a pneumatic gate.
Dry Mix Mortar is a construction material primarily composed of cement, sand, and various chemical additives. These ingredients are precisely weighed and evenly mixed in a dry-mixed mortar production line. The finished mixture is typically packed in bags or in bulk quantities and can be used on construction sites by simply adding water or other ingredients.
