PGD Paddy Dryer :

PGD series grain dryer is often used to dry grain crop such as corn, wheat, paddy, soybean, sorghum, etc. The main parts of grain dryer machine includes blast stove, bucket elevator, storage cabin,dryer tower, auger, etc.
Its working Principle is that the grain enter the dryer as batch, then with the function of fans, the hot air from the stove goes through the grain layer evenly to take the moisture out. Finally, the moisture reaches the set value, then the grain dryer stops working.

Paddy Dryer Machine Working Principle :
1. Paddy Loading

The Paddy is raised to the top of the main engine silo through the hoist, and the grain is put into the drying box through the agitating device until it is full.

2. Running:

The elevator is running all the time. When the Paddy reaches the bottom under the action of self-weight, the elevator raises the Paddy to the top and dries slowly from top to bottom

3. Drying:

The hot air passes through the drying layer horizontally. The grain is fully contacted with the drying layer after heating, and achieved drying effect.
