Machine Features:
1. The batch circulation grain dryer adopts constant temperature drying, fully CNC operation, self flow grain discharge, effectively reducing crushing rate, frequency conversion speed regulation and other drying technologies. Suitable for drying crops such as corn, wheat, soybeans, sorghum, rapeseed, and grain seeds.
2. Elevator with low line speed and large backup bucket structure to reduce damage rate.
3. The galvanized sheet shaped pipes of the drying layer are arranged in a cross pattern and adopt a modular combination structure, which has a beautiful appearance and a long service life.
4. This machine has a wide range of applications, low drying costs, low application power, low heat consumption, and low drying capacity. The precipitation rate adopts low temperature, constant temperature, and full coverage drying. The clean heat source with hot air exchange is used for full coverage and no dead corners drying, ensuring grain quality, no secondary pollution, and stable performance. The production capacity is increased by about 30% compared to high temperature dryers in terms of precipitation rate and reducing damage rate.
