Description
The Dual C Purlin Forming Machine is designed for 0.3-0.7mm thick steel coils with a yield strength of 235-345 MPa. It can produce two different versions of C purlin, servo motor closed-circuit punching and each with a drive motor. Designed to ensure roll forming accuracy.
The entire Dual C Purlin Forming Machine has two stamping dies for punching and two hydraulic shears for cutting. In addition to the Dual C Purlin Forming Machine, U Purlin, C Purlin, Z Purlin, Hat Channel and other designs can be combined to make a dual-connector. All punching actions and cuts are automatically controlled by the PLC control system.
