What is IBR?
The IBR roof panels are square recessed profiles with effective coverage of 686 mm and are designed for use as side panels or roofing materials in commercial, industrial and residential buildings. The name of the IBR is abbreviated as “Inverted Box Rib” and has become a household name in the construction industry in South Africa.

Hydraulic system

To solve the problem of the oil overheating during the hydraulic system running especially in tropical working areas, our machine with following special design:
a. Add a wind-cooling system, which can cool the oil directly.
b.Enlarge the oil tank size.
c. Add an oil filter for the oil filtration and avoid electromagnetic valve jammed.
PLC Control System
Automatic control of the number and cutting length: Enter the production data (production batch, number of pieces, length, etc.) on the touch screen, and the production can be completed automatically by one operator.
