The main description
This machine is designed for 4mm thick steel coil, 550 MPa Yield strength, punching servo motor closed circuit, each station has a drive motor, to ensure the precision of roll forming.
Cutting Mold: Cr12Mov
The whole rolling forming line has 5 clinkers, 0.7-4.0 punching holes and 1 cut off.
In addition to this purlin roll forming machine, U - channel purlin, C - channel purlin, Z - channel purlin can adopt the same design.
All blanking action is fully controlled by the PLC control system.
