1) Hydraulic Decoiler: one set

Hydraulic control steel coil inner bore shrinkage and stop Max Feeding width: 500mm,coil ID range:508mm±30mm Capacity: Max. 5 Ton.

2) Leveling Device

With feeding material guide, body frame made from H450 type steel by welding.
Side wall thickness:Q235 t20mm.
Shafts manufactured from 45# steel,Diameter=φ90mm,precision machined.
Motor power:4KW.

3) Serve-Drive& Punching Machine

120tons HIGH SPEED punching machine before roll forming, equip with Three sets of punching model.Punching machine four sides with safety cover and one side with open the door.By PLC system control.Material sending by the servo motor for punching more accuracy, servo motor power 3 KW.

4) Main Machine

Body frame made from H450 type steel by welding.
Side wall thickness: Q235 t20mm.
Rollers manufactured from GCr15 Steel(=EN31 steel), precision machined,heat treatment,HRC58-62
Shafts manufactured from 45# steel,Diameter=φ75/95mm,precision machined,Quenching and tempering,Size-changing by spacer.
Gear/Sprocket driving, about 26-step to form.
Main Motor(Polaroid brand)=11KW+11KW , Frequency speed control.
Speed reducer motor:K series.
Production speed: 5-8m/min(including punching and cutting).

5) Hydraulic Post Cutter

Post to cut, stop to cutting,Three pieces type of cutting blade design, no blanking.
Hydraulic motor:5.5KW.
Cutting tool material: Cr12MoV(= SKD11 with at least one million times of cutting life), Heat treatment to HRC58-62 degree.
The cutting power is provided by the main engine hydraulic station.

6) PLC Control System

Control The Quantity And Cutting Length Automatically.

Input The Production Data(Production Batch,pcs,Length,etc.)On The Touch Screen.
It Can Finish The Production Automatically.
Combined With: PLC, Inverter, Touch Screen, Encoder, etc.

7) Exit Rack
Un-powered, Two units,with rollers on it for easy movement
