Vinyl profile materials are produced via adding modifier, anti-UV absorbent and flame retardant into UPVC and extruding the plastic. The profile is made with multi-cavity structure and has good performance of energy-saving, acoustic insulation; heat preservation and corrosion resistance, has good ornament effect. The vinyl profile materials are all reinforced with lined steel, so the windows are often called Vinyl-steel windows.

Major Components: The Vinyl-steel window is made of German VEKA or Chinese top brand Conch profile material, 1.2mm or above zinc-coated lined steel, high quality German ROTO or Chinese high quality hardware and 19mm high performance double hollow clear glazing.

Features: ·The material has excellent light and heat stability and ageing resistance performance. Testing shows that materials can maintain 30 years without ageing; ·The profile has reasonable section shape and spacious module cavity.
