FR-PPR PIPE is a three-layer composite pipe structure, the inner and outer layers are PPR raw materials, and the middle layer is a
mixed layer of glass fiber and PPR raw materials.

Main Features of Pipe Machine

High speed extruder of this double strand ppr pipe line adopts special designed high efficient five section type screw and barrel, which are our comppany indedendent design with completely independent intellectial property rights. This is the essential conditions of ensuring the rapid plasticizing & dispersion effect, and realizing high speed production.





● Die Head

◎Double strand pipe extrusion die head mold is manufactured by imported CNC machine,

◎With a pressure balance distribution device, ensuring the precise control of double extruded pipes in any condition.

● Specially Structure

The double strand pipe structure is specially applied in the vacuum calibrating tank, haul off machine and cutting machine, with nice appearance and scientific design, which are very easy to operate and control.

● PLC Control System

◎The double ppr pipe making machine adopts original Siemens PLC control system.

◎Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
