This high efficient extruder of PEX-AL-PEX Pipe Production Line is special designed by our company with independent intellectual property rights. The necessary technologies of high speed & stable production of composite pipes have been privatized in the die head mold, calibrating& cooling system, Haul-off system and cutting system.

Overlapped Welder Machine

On this PEX AL PEX pipe extrusion line, the Aluminum pipe is formed by ultrasonic overlap welding. It uses high quality and well-known brand welder, with even welding seam and good quality.

Patent Special Designed Die Head Moulds

The technology has been further developed based on original production machine technology. The Aluminum pipe forming molds and co-extrusion die head molds of this pex al pex pipe making machine, have been optimized and manufactured by imported high precise CNC machine, which have greatly increased the pipe forming accuracy and production speed.

Intelligent Siemens PLC Control System 

This pex al pex pipe production machine adopts original imported new generation PLC control system with full color screen, which ensures the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.
