This pipe production line is used to produce drip irrigation pipes, with round dripper inside, diameter range 12mm-20mm, Thickness range 0.5mm-1.5mm, for farmland irrigation, greenhouse irrigation system,etc.

TECHINICAL DATA

By few machine cofiguration changing, normal smooth HDPE pipes can be produced with one same line; And also two layer or 3 three layer structure drip pipe can be produced, by co-extrusion technology.

Dripper sorting & inserting machine

(1) Driven by servo motor and controlled by PLC system, dripper space is adjustable, directly set on PLC

(2) Dripper sorting disc made of high quality steel ;Auto feeder with dripper lack alarm.

Extruder & Cross Die Head

(1) Extruder driven by AC motor; with ABB converter, Schneider electric elements

(2) SIEMENS PLC control system, to sync control with dripper inserting speed and haul-off speed

(3) Special designed cross die head; high quality mould steel 40Cr, which is processed by high precision CNC machinery.

Punching Machine

(1) Drive by servo motor and servo controller, with high precision punching degree

(2) Auto tracking dripper positon

(3) Standard 2 holes punching,4 holes and 6 holes also available.

Haul-off Machine and Winding Machine

(1) The Haul-off machine was equipped with ABB converter, with wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable, haul-off speed is synchronous with extruder rpm.

(2) The winding machine was equipped with Siemsn servo traversing unit, for tidy and neat coiling , also with tension controller device to adjust the winding speed, separately controlled by Siemens PLC Control system.

(3) For the high speed 100m/min, the automatic coiler machine will be equipped, with the function of auto winding, auto reel change, and auto cutting, auto strapping, auto coil unloading.
