Specially Designed Downstream Equipment for High Speed PE Pipe Production

(1) KAIDE Patented calibrator design, ensuring the high speed pipe forming and stable production of PE Pipe.

(2) Vacuum tank and cooling tank raw materials: SS304# Stainless steel, surface with special treatment painting.

(3) The forward-backward movement is controlled by electrics motor,very convenient for operation.

Haul-off Machine and Cutting Machine .

(1) The haul-off device for HDPE Pipe Machine is particular designed for high speed and stable pipe hauling, synchronous controlled with extruder and Gravimeter system.

(2) The Cutting Machine not only successfully meet the requirements of high speed production for smaller size, but also realize the bigger diameter stable dustless cutting.
