There are mainly three different speed models for this drip irrigation pipe machines. One is 20m/min speed with lower investment cost; second is 45m/min with better technology of servo typer dripper inserting and hole perforating; Third is 100m/min higher speed with fully auto winding machine with package device also.

By few machine cofiguration, normal HDPE pipes can be produced with one same line;

And also two layer or 3 three layer structure drip pipe can be produced, by co-extrusion technology.

1. Dripper sorting & inserting machine

• Vibration type dripper sorting
• dripper space is adjustable, directly set on controller
• dripper sorting disc made of high quality steel ;

2. Extruder & Cross Die Head

• Extruder driven by AC motor; with ABB converter, Schneider electric elements
• Omron gauges control system, very easy & simple to operate
• Special designed cross type die head; high quality mould steel 40Cr, which is processed by imported CNC machinery.

3. Vacuum tank & Cooling tank

• made by high quality SS304
• high quality vacuum pump & water pump
• special design calibrator for drip pipe making

4. Perforating Machine

• mechanical hole punching, by air driller
• auto tracking dripper positon
• standard 2 holes punching; 4 holes avaiable as required

5. Haul-off Machine

• ABB converter 
• Wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable

6. Winding Machine

• Driven by torque motor; easy to operate
• Laser printing coil size inforamtion, for operation convenience
