3 Layer Drip Irrigation Pipe Extrusion Machine
3 layer drip pipe is produced by co-extrusion technology. Middle layer is using recycled mateiral, to reduce production cost.
Two extruders are equipped. One is for middle recycled layer, another is for inner & outer virgin material layer. And a filter changer is also used to further clean of material to get good quality produced pipe.
3 layer co-extrusion die head is special designed as per produced thickness ratio.

DRIP IRRIGATION PIPE MACHINE DETAIL INTRODUCTION
1. Extruder machine
- Two extruders are equipped; one for middle recycled material layer; another is for inner & outer new material layer making.
- Filter changer for further filt of dirty part in recycled material
- dripper sorting disc made of high quality steel
2. 3 layer Co-extrusion Cross Die Head
- Special designed cross type die head; high quality mould steel 40Cr, which is processed by imported CNC machinery.

3. Vacuum tank & Cooling tank
- made by high quality SS304
- high quality vacuum pump & water pump
- special design calibrator for drip pipe making
4. Perforating Machine
- mechanical hole punching, by air driller
- auto tracking dripper positon
- standard 2 holes punching; 4 holes avaiable as required
5. Haul-off Machine

- Wear-resisting belt; multi-group rollers pneumatic clamping with force adustable
