below pipe production line is used to produce big diameter PPR glassfiber PPR pipes, with diameter range from 75mm up to 160mm.

Adjustable 3 layer co-extrusion die head can ensure even thickness of three layers. Each layer thickness can be adjusted freely.

• High efficient wear-resisting extruder for fiber reinforced PPR material, to guarantee the long service life and high speed extrusion

• the adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly and get optimal thickness of each layer quickly, without adjusting extruder rotating speed.

• High quality SS304 material is used for vaccum tank and cooling tank;   Two chamber structure to get stable vacuum 

• SIMENS programmable PLC control system with big color touch screen. Having mulit-point close-loop control and synchronous system, which ensure the easy and reliable operation of the line.
