High Speed PE-RT Pipe Production Machine /Floor Heating PERT Tube Extrusion Line

The PERT Pipe Production line is used to produce floor heating pipe, for floor heating system, the pipe with features of flexiablity, high heating resistance. The machine is combined by high efficient extruder, specially designed Die Head, Vacuum Calibrator, Stable Haul off machinery, servo coiler machine,etc. 

Based on the great reasearches and application of differenet materials, the high output sel-designed extruder has many advantages, such as high speed, high efficieny, better stability, etc. espcially the high efficient five-section screw which can ensre the rapid plasticizing of raw materials and guarantee the high speed and stable production .

• Screw & Barrel surface are treated by nitriding treatment.

● Die head

• The specially designed spiral pressure-storage die head of this PERT pipe making machine effectively overcomes the instantaneous fluctuation of extrusion pressure,
