High Speed Glassfibre PP-R Pipe Production Line

KAIDE factory is specialized in manufacturing Multi-layers Composite and High Speed pipe production line from 2001. Started to produce PPR glass fibre pipe machinery is from 2003. After so many years accumulation, we had gained 1000 more sets producing perience. Customers are mainly from Ruassian Language countries like Russia, Ukraine, UZ etc .

Glass-fibre PP-R pipe is 3 layers composite pipe, inner and outer layer is PPR material, middle layer is PPR mixed with 15-20% glass fibre composite materials.

♦ The Glassfibre Extruder is specially designed according to the glassfibre feature, with advantages of high wear resistance and corrosion resistance, effectively ensuring the stable extrusion.

♦ The adjustable co-extrusion die head, our patent product, can composite multi-layer evenly and rapidly.

♦ It adopts original imported new generation PLC control system and Multi-point closed-loop control system, which ensure the high speed synchronous control and reliable operating of the whole production line.

♦ The design can reduce the dependence on operator's skill during the production process.

PPR glass fibre pipe production line is used for producing PPR glass fibre pipes. They are suitable for cold and hot water pressurized plumbing and mechanical systems.

This water pipe making machine, PPR glass fibre pipe productio line can be upgraded by configuration renovation to produce high speed three layers or single layer HDPE pipe.

Compared with common PPR pipes, this pipes have advantages, such as, high anti-compression strength, small temperature deformation, small vertical shrinkage rate, which completely solves the deformation problem of PP-R pipe while conveying hot water.
