• High Efficiently extruder(optional for bimetallic) special for sound-absorption PP material is equipped, which ensures the high extrusion capacity and improves the lifespan of extruder.
• The adjustable composite co-extrusion die head is initially created by KAIDE, which can realize rapidly even composition of three layers and get the optimal layer thickness without adjusting the extruder rotating speed.
• According to production features, the PLC system is pecially designed with advantages of easy operation and convenience to use. What's more, advanced on line monitoring and ocntrol technologies, such as servo tracking technology, static digital filter technology, etc., are used to ensure to know and control pipe accurancy during high speed extrusion.
