Microduct Making Machine

Microducts are small ducts for the installation of small microduct fibre optic cables. They have a size ranging from typically 7-14mm or up to 20mm.  And those micro-ducts are installed as bundles in larger ducts, like 2 ways, 4 ways and 7 ways.

Below pipe extrusion line is to make those microduct at high speed 60m/min.

Main Technical Parameters:

The Silicon material used for the inner layer ensures easy installation of cable due to its low coefficient of friction. As a result, no lubricants are rquired/ TO furtherreduce friction, pipes maybe supplied with a ribbed core.

1) High efficient extruder with big L/D ration, to get better plasticizing effect, and ensure the high speed extrusion

2) High precision co-extrusion die head, manufactured with high quality mould steel.

3) Inner silicon layer surface can be designed smooth or ribbed type as per requirements.

4) New generation pipe winding machine, with servo type traversing device, to coil the pipe at high speed and also nice arrangement.

5) Intelligent PLC control system, with remote machine fault diagnosis system
