ALPEX is a 5 layers composite pipe. Its structure is not only combined the most
favorable performance of metal and plastics, but also avoid the disadvantages of them.
We, Weifang KAIDE plastics machinery Co.,ltd
(https://www.linkedin.com/in/forina-jiang-5a91b3137/),
is using ultrasonic overlap welding method to produce this pipe. It can withstand temperature
up to 95℃,and a working pressure of 1.25MPa, thus meeting design requirements for high
temperature radiation heating.
Pipe size normally is: 16 20 25/26 32 40 50 63 75mm. Here are the pipe size:

The PEX-AL-PEX pipe is widely used in heating system, radiator system and drinking
water system. Middle Al layer can also prevent from oxygen permeation. It can protect
against bacteria to breed and accumulate and avoids affecting heating and drinking
water quality.
