The pipes  can  produced by 2 steps. First machine produced the PEXa pipe out, the other machine coated the pexa pipes with Glue and EVOH layer. KAIDE factory PEXa/EVOH pipe making machine combines the high stable running EVOH & Glue extruders with own-patented 3-layer co-extrusion technology, which ensure the produced pipes are boned firmly and pipe sizes are stable.

1.Min.EVOH layer=0.05-0.08mm, tolerance=0.05mm

2.EVOH and glue extruders are specially designed according the raw material's properties. Reasonable extruder structure makes the extruding pressure is stable, not only increase the melt's plasticizing quality in screw and barrel but also save energy.

3.Special designed 3 layer co-extrusion die head,obtained many national patents. Not only ensure the melts with stable flowing rate, but also with many advantages like longlife span,easy clearance etc.The extruded pipe surface is brightly and with high precision. Producing scope:16-32mm

4.Siemens PLC system. sync control whole production line, intelligent, easy to learn and operate. Normally, one line with 1-2 workers is enough

5.All electrical components are : SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER
