DRIP IRRIGATION TAPE MACHINE DETAIL INTRODUCTION -- 250m/min speed model

1. Dripper sorting & inserting machine

•  Two dripper feeder and sorting devices, with identifying speed more than 2000pcs/min, to ensure dripper supply 
• And buffer equipped, to guarrante continuous dripper supply if any stuck in feeding process
• Dripper inserting is driven by servo motor; Dripper space is set on PLC diretly

2. Extruder & Cross Die Head

• Extruder driven by servo motor; with great benefit of energy saving and stable operation
• SIEMENS PLC control system, to sync control with dripper inserting speed and haul-off speed
• Special designed cross type die head; high quality mould steel 40Cr, which is processed by imported CNC machinery.

3. Vacuum tank & Cooling tank

• made by high quality SS304; high quality vacuum pump & water pump
• special design calibrator for drip tape making
• air bubble detecting and alarm system; tape break down stop function; tape anti-rotation system etc

4. Perforating Machine & Tractor

• driven by servo motor and servo controller, with high precision punching degree
• Laser sentor to auto tracking dripper positon, and with image system to check punching hole condition
• Intelligent control system with remote control system

5. Winding Machine

• servo type traversing device, driven by SIEMENS servo motor
• Auto tape cutting and reel changing; 
• A tape accumulator is equipped while using for reel changing, to match with such higher speed
• separate SIEMENS PLC control system
