Working Principle
Driven by the motor pulley, the belt passes through the reducer to a pair of sliding mold shells with two high-pressure roller bodies, making them work in opposite directions. For the SDZ-Ⅰ type extruder, between the two rollers is a group of counter gears interacting with each other. For the SDZ-Ⅱ type extruder, the two rollers are directly driven by a dedicated reducer on the two output shafts, achieving granulation.
During production, raw material is fed into the hopper, then counter extrusion forming occurs through the high-pressure roller bodies. After demoulding, the material flows to the broken forming bin under the rollers. The driving force for crushing and forming comes from the relative movement of the sprocket of the driving roller shaft, transmitted through the chain to the pair of crushing rollers. After crushing in the broken forming bin, finished product particles are sifted out through the screen and discharging trough.
