Introduction of Fertilizer Production Line
Automatic Organic Fertilizer Making Machine is a complete line of machinery used for compost and process organic fertilizer with in-vessel method. Poultry manure, cow dung, or other animal manure serve as the primary raw materials. The complete production line consists of composting system, grinding and sifting system, batching and mixing system, pelleting system, drying system, cooling and sifting system, bagging system, auxiliary system, and plant controls & computer.
The plant features advanced and reliable technology, compact structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, and high automation. With the complete equipment, formulas can be easily adjusted according to market demand to meet different customer requirements.
Features of Fertilizer Production Line
The organic fertilizer production line products are made from fresh chicken and pig manure without any chemical composition. Since chickens and pigs have poor digestive ability, they can only consume 25% of nutrients, leaving 75% in feed to be excreted with feces. The dry product contains nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, organic matter, amino acid, protein, and other components.
In livestock urine and manure, a year's excrement from one pig combined with cushion material can produce 2000-2500kg of high-quality organic fertilizer. This contains 11% organic matter, 12% organic matter, 0.45% nitrogen, 0.19% phosphorous oxide, and 0.6% potassium oxide, providing sufficient fertilizer for an entire year. These organic fertilizers are rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and other nutrients, with over 6% content and more than 35% organic matter content, exceeding national standards.
Raw Materials for Fertilizer Production Line
- Agricultural waste: straw, dregs of beans, cotton dregs, rice bran, etc.
- Animal manure: mixture of poultry litter and animal waste, such as slaughterhouse wastes, fish market wastes, urine and dung of cattle, pigs, sheep, chicken, ducks, geese, goat, etc.
- Industrial waste: wine lees, vinegar residue, manioc waste, sugar scum, furfural residue, etc.
- Home scrap: food waste, roots and leaves of vegetables, etc.
