Rotary drum granulator is a molding machine that can make material into a particular shape. It is one of the key equipment of the compound fertilizer industry, suitable for cold or hot granulation and mass production for high and low concentration compound fertilizer.
We adopt special rubber liner or acid-resistant stainless steel liner into the rotary drum, achieving automatic scars and tumor removal functions, eliminating the need for traditional scraper devices. This machine features high balling strength, good appearance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, low energy consumption, long service life, and convenient operation and maintenance.
- Particle size distribution is centralized and easy to control. Compared with natural agglomeration granulators, the particle size distribution is more concentrated.
- High organic content. The granules produced are spherical. Organic content can reach up to 100%, enabling pure organic granulation.
- Granulation without edges and corners, with very low powder rate. Spherical granules have no acute angles after granulation, resulting in minimal pulverization.
- High efficiency. Easier to meet the requirements of mass production.
Using high-speed rotary and mechanical stirring with resulting aerodynamic force, fine powder material in the machine achieves continuous mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes to accomplish granulation. Particle shape is spherical with spherical degree of 0.7, particle size typically between 0.3-3 mm, with granulation rate of 90%. Particle diameter can be adjusted by material water mix and spindle speed - lower mixing amount and higher speed produce smaller particles, and vice versa.
