Compound fertilizer production line is widely applied to produce compound fertilizer with capacity ranging from 5,000-200,000 tons/year.
This production line can granulate various materials including NPK, NP, ANP, DAP, MAP, CAN, SSP and other materials into compound fertilizer particles in one processing line.
It is specially designed for manufacturing compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types, such as organic fertilizers, inorganic fertilizers, biological fertilizers and magnetic fertilizers. The system primarily produces spherical particles with diameters ranging from 1mm to 3mm.

Lump materials are crushed after fermentation. Manual granulation is difficult, making fertilizer crushers essential. We recommend high moisture materials crusher machines for their ability to crush semi-wet materials with high efficiency.
This is the most important production process where nutrients can be added according to requirements. Spherical particles are processed efficiently, saving energy. The new type organic fertilizer granulator is the most suitable machine for this process.
After granulation, moisture is reduced to 10%-40% using rotary drum drying machines, which are ideal for organic fertilizer production.
To ensure quality, particles are cooled after drying using rotary drum cooling machines.
