The powdery organic fertilizer production line is a simple, small-scale solution ideal for small farms. The configuration includes dehydration, drying, fermentation, crushing, mixing, and packaging. The process involves fermenting, decomposing, crushing, mixing, and packaging organic fertilizer raw materials such as animal manure, domestic garbage, sludge, distiller's grains, and biogas residue to complete powdered organic fertilizer processing.
Detailed Production Process

| Fermentation Process | Begins with 60% material moisture in fermentation tank or stack. Neophilia microorganisms use organic matter for rapid proliferation, releasing thermal energy. When temperature reaches 60°C, compost turner activates. Process continues until temperature stabilizes around 50°C, followed by 5-7 day rest period. Total fermentation: 20-25 days depending on material condition and local temperature. |
| Forklift Feeder | Stores fermented materials and delivers them evenly to next conveyor. Features frequency converter for adjustable speed, anti-smashing net, anti-blocking stirring device, and silo wall vibrator to prevent equipment damage and blocking. |
