Disc pelletizer is one of the common equipment in the compound fertilizer industry. Generally, disk granulator is applicable to smaller scale fertilizer production of medium and low concentration. The slope degree of its pan can be adjusted from 35° to 55°. The pan revolves at a certain angle with the horizontal plane driven by the motor through reducer.

The powder will rise along with the revolving pan under the friction between the powder and the pan; on the other hand, the powder will fall down under the function of its gravity. At the same time, the powder slips to the pan edge because of the centrifugal force. The powder material rolls in a certain trace under the function of these three forces. It gradually becomes the required size, then overflows by the pan edge.

This series of disc granulator features granulating disc plate angle using arc structure. Granule rate can reach more than 93%.

Fertilizer ball granulator is widely used in transporting powdery, beaded or small state of all kinds of viscous material, such as coal, cement, clinker, fertilizer and other materials.

This series of products is driven by the main motor through pulley and belt, via the reducer drive pinion. The pinion interlocks with the big gear which is fixed in the bottom, working opposite. The big gear features special rational design, installed on the main shaft fixed on the frame to adjust plate, supporting the work of the granulating disc.

The material enters the granulating disc, and after continuing rotation of the granulating disc and spray device, material sticks evenly to form particles together. This machine features an automatic cleaning device in the granulation upper plate, preventing wall material viscosity, thus greatly improving the service life of the machine.

With the constant rotation of motor and continuous material input, mass production can be achieved to meet user requirements.
