The entire organic fertilizer production line includes: raw material fermentation → fertilizer pulverizer → fertilizer mixer → drum granulator → drum dryer → drum cooler → drum coating machine → drum screening machine → packing machine → spray granulation system → belt conveyor → other accessories.
This primary but indispensable role uses compost turners to accelerate fermentation. Available options include self-propelled compost turners and hydraulic compost turners.
Compost block materials are crushed before granulation. When materials are sufficiently fine, this step can be omitted. Equipment options include vertical chain crusher and double-shaft horizontal crusher.
Raw materials are mixed using horizontal mixers or vertical mixers to ensure uniform composition.
Materials with moisture content greater than 25% require drying using rotary drum dryers to achieve optimal granulation conditions.
This core process offers multiple equipment options based on specific requirements: organic fertilizer combination granulator, organic fertilizer special granulator, double-roll extrusion granulator, disc granulator, flat film granulator, bio-organic fertilizer spherical granulator, drum granulator, circular throwing machine, etc.
Typical application materials include chicken manure, cow dung, kaolin, and various organic fertilizers. Drum coolers solidify fertilizer granules for enhanced durability and handling.
Rotary drum screening machines separate properly sized particles, while oversized particles return for secondary processing. Drum coaters apply coatings to prevent fertilizer sticking.
Fertilizer packaging machines provide quantitative automatic packaging with electronic scales, silos, automatic bag sewing machines, and supporting equipment like belt conveyors and bucket elevators.
