5t/h Capacity Organic Fertilizer Production Line with Engineer's Guide Installation and High Granulation Rate
Due to the high humidity and stickiness of chicken manure, our tumble dryers have been optimized over conventional models to be more efficient when handling high moisture and sticky materials. The dryer features a higher diameter/length ratio, unique flight distribution and shape, and an efficient internal crushing mechanism.
Chicken manure is rich in nutrients and trace elements, making it an excellent organic fertilizer. The development of poultry manure compound organic fertilizer not only turns waste into wealth but also reduces environmental pollution and prevents disease spread, delivering significant economic and social benefits. Our manure dryer is part of the complete compound organic fertilizer production line equipment.
- Fermentation Process: The organic material fermentation process plays a primary but indispensable role. We offer two main types of compost turners for turning and mixing compost to accelerate fermentation: self-propelled compost turners and hydraulic compost turners.
- Crushing Process: Compost block materials should be crushed before granulation. When compost material is fine enough, this process can be omitted. Available crushers include vertical chain crushers and double-shaft horizontal crushers for processing lumpy fertilizer raw materials.
- Mixing Process: Two types of mixers are available for raw material mixing: horizontal mixers and vertical mixers.
- Drying Process: For granulation, fertilizer raw material moisture should be less than 25%. Materials with higher moisture content require drying using our rotary drum dryer designed for fertilizers with specific humidity and particle size requirements.
- Granulation Process: This core process utilizes appropriate fertilizer granulators based on specific customer requirements. Available equipment includes organic fertilizer combination granulators, specialized organic fertilizer granulators, double-roll extrusion granulators, disc granulators, flat film granulators, bio-organic fertilizer spherical granulators, drum granulators, and circular throwing machines. Typical application materials include chicken manure, cow dung, and kaolin.
- Cooling Process: Drum coolers are used to cool fertilizer granules, making them more solid and durable.
- Screening Process: Rotary drum screening machines separate particles from large particles, with oversized materials returned for secondary crushing and granulation. Drum coaters apply coatings to prevent fertilizer sticking.
- Packaging Process: The final stage uses fertilizer packaging machines for quantitative automatic packaging, including electronic quantitative packaging scales, silos, automatic bag sewing machines, and auxiliary equipment like belt conveyors and bucket elevators.
