The new drum granulator efficiently processes various organic wastes including peat, sludge, chicken manure, livestock and poultry manure, lignite, sugar factory filter mud, papermaking sludge, brewing residue, straw, bean dregs, and peat. These materials can be directly granulated after fermentation, effectively solving the key technical challenge where traditional granulation processes like disc fermentation cannot granulate biological organic fertilizer raw materials.
The cylindrical centrifugal granulator employs a unique process using a winch mechanism to stir and feed materials. Through spiral rotating mechanisms and centrifugal force, powdered materials undergo comprehensive processing including balling, polishing, compaction, and drying to achieve bonded spherical particles. The resulting particle size typically ranges between 0.3-0.5mm with approximately 30% moisture content and achieves over 95% granulation rate. This system effectively granulates various fermented organic materials including chicken manure, pig manure, cow manure, humic acid, and other organic powdered substances.
