The machine operates on a high-speed centrifugal throwing principle. It consists of 2 or 3 polishing cylinders arranged in sequence:
- Feeding: Cylindrical or irregular granules from an extruder or granulator enter the first chamber
- Centrifugal Throwing: The rotating disc spins the material at high speed
- Friction & Rolling: Material rolls against the cylinder wall and collisions occur, rounding off sharp edges into spheres
- Multi-stage Polishing: Material automatically flows to the next disc for further smoothing
- Discharge: Finished spherical granules exit with high density and uniform appearance
- Organic Fertilizer Production: Ideal for chicken manure, pig manure, cow dung, and municipal sludge
- Compound Fertilizer (NPK): Polishing chemical granules for a premium finish
