Our disc granulator (also known as ball plate) is designed for efficient production of organic fertilizers, bentonite, and cat litter. Featuring a complete circular arc structure, it achieves granulation rates exceeding 93% with three discharge ports for convenient intermittent production.

Working Principle
The disc revolves at a specific angle to the horizontal plane. Mixed fertilizer powder rises with the revolving disc due to friction while simultaneously falling under gravity. Centrifugal force swings the material toward the disc edge. With water spraying as a binding agent, the powder rolls in a specific trace under these three forces, gradually forming into required sizes before overflowing from the disc edge.
