Working Principle
The disc granulator operates on an inclined rotating disc principle (35-55° adjustable angle) with the following process:
- Raw materials are fed continuously onto the rotating disc
- Centrifugal force distributes material evenly across disc surface
- Fine particles nucleate and grow through layering mechanism
- Continuous tumbling action forms perfect spherical granules
- Automatic scraper prevents material buildup on disc surface
- Finished granules discharge by gravity when reaching optimal size
