Stainless Steel NPK Fertilizer Granulator with 12-15t/h Capacity and Double Roller Design for Compound Fertilizer Granulation
This production line is widely used to manufacture urea-based compound fertilizers with different concentrations and types. Its annual capacity ranges from 10,000 to 300,000 tons.
The system adopts an extrusion-sliding mold design. Raw materials pass through double rollers, then enter a scattering chamber to form granules. A screening unit is installed at the bottom of the machine, customized according to client requirements. Qualified granules are screened out, while remaining material is returned to the mixer for re-granulation.
Compound fertilizer contains two or all three of the basic plant nutrients—Nitrogen (N), Phosphorus (P), and Potassium (K)—as well as microelements such as boron (B), manganese (Mn), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and molybdenum (Mo). Raw materials can be in powder or bulk form.
