NPK Fertilizer Production Line Overview
The Double Roller Extrusion Granulation Line is a modern, energy-efficient solution for producing NPK compound fertilizer, organic fertilizer, and BB fertilizer. Unlike traditional wet granulation processes, this line uses a dry extrusion method - no drying or cooling required, significantly reducing energy consumption and investment cost.

Process Flow
- Batching - Raw materials (urea, MAP, DAP, MOP, SSP, ammonium sulfate, etc.) are proportioned automatically.
- Mixing - Materials are blended uniformly in a horizontal mixer.
- Granulation - Double roller extruder presses the mixture into flakes or strips under high pressure.
- Crushing & Screening - Flakes are crushed and screened into spherical granules.
- Polishing (Optional) - Granules are rounded for smooth surface and uniform size.
- Coating (Optional) - Anti-caking coating applied if required.
- Packaging - Finished granules are automatically weighed and packed.
