Double Roller Extrusion Granulation Line for NPK Compound Fertilizer - No Drying Required, High Granulation Rate 85-95%, 12-15t/h Capacity
Our Mini Double Roller Granulation Line offers an ideal solution for starting your NPK compound fertilizer business with minimal capital investment. This compact, easy-to-operate system produces high-quality NPK granules without requiring drying processes, making it perfect for small-scale producers, farms, and cooperatives seeking quick market entry with future expansion capabilities.
The production process begins with mixed powder being fed into the double roller granulator. Two counter-rotating rollers compress the material under high pressure (15-25 tons) into dense strips, which are then crushed and screened. Qualified granules (2-6 mm) are separated while fines return to the mixer for re-granulation.
