As the motor drives the pan to rotate, fine dry powder is fed inside while an overhead misting system sprays water or liquid binders. The moistened powder captures dust particles and rolls like a snowball. Centrifugal force naturally stratifies the pan contents: larger, finished pellets float to the top and spill over the lower rim, while smaller fines remain at the bottom to continue growing.
